Jeff has been in Commercial Real Estate since 2003 after more than a decade as an accomplished sales representative. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business and a Bachelor of Management in Marketing. Through over $3 Billion in transactions across North America, Jeff has demonstrated proven, in-depth expertise in real estate investments in all asset types. In addition to utilizing every means at his disposal to market a particular asset, he has also shown expertise in identifying off-market deals. Jeff has been integral in the acquisition and disposition of Land, Multi-Family, Retail, Office and Industrial properties at all stages, and has financed all categories in an excess of a billion dollars. He has experience in managing over $2 Billion AUM and has been involved in major acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for all types, classes, and values – from $150,000 to $150 Million. Jeff has dealt with properties in development, redevelopment / repositioning, value add, core plus and core.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has shown a high proficiency in negotiation and exercises professionalism, integrity, and honesty in every transaction. He was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO. Jeff is in constant contact with key players in the commercial real estate market to gain insights into the latest market trends and nuances as they pertain to a myriad of clients and contacts.
